Guitar Workshop Plus has announced the 2019 program with yet another incredible artist line-up for this year.

2019 guest artists include rock/jazz virtuoso Alex Skolnick (Testament, solo), rock and blues master Gary Hoey, jazz legend and triple Grammy Award winner John Scofield, iconic Blues veteran Robben Ford (solo, Miles Davis, Joni Mitchell, George Harrison), bassist extraordinaire Billy Sheehan (David Lee Roth, Mr. Big, Steve Vai, Winery Dogs), stylistic chameleon Greg Koch, top British blues picker Matt Schofield, modern acoustic and fingerstyle masters, Laurence Juber (Paul McCartney & Wings, solo) and Christie Lenee, the ever-versatile Mark Lettieri (Snarky Puppy, solo), drummer Paul DeLong and more!

In addition to all the regular classes covering many styles, special seminars including Modern Guitar – Improv & Beyond, Blues Power, Creative Fingerstyle Guitar, The Versatile Guitarist, Tools for the Modern Drummer, The Low Down (for Bass), Virtuoso Rock, Rockin’ The Blues, and more have also been added to the course options. 2019 schedules, details, and scholarship information is available at www.guitarworkshopplus.com.  Various tuition options are available with and without accommodations and registration is well underway for the 2019 sessions. Seattle, WA Session                               July 14 – 19, 2019

Toronto, ON Session                              July 28 – Aug 2, 2019

Now in its 18thyear, Guitar Workshop Plus, the premier summer music education program in North America, announced their 2019 guest instructor line-up, classes, seminars, dates, locations, and some limited time scholarship opportunities. After expanding last year to add another location, Guitar Workshop Plus had a successful season and is returning to all locations in 2019 due to popular demand. 

Of the 2019 program, GWP Director Brian Murray said, “We are really excited about the program this year as there are courses available for guitar, bass, drums, vocals, keys, and songwriting in all styles from blues and rock, to country and jazz, to acoustic and classical. We have an incredible guest artist and faculty line up so the attendees are going to love it and walk away with tons of material to improve their skills and a whole bunch of inspiration”.
