Patrick Arthur

Guitarist Patrick Arthur has made a swift transition from college student to seasoned creative. While attending Kennesaw State University, Patrick began exploring the music scene in Atlanta and quickly got busy playing, writing, engineering, and mixing with several jazz and experimental artists including Grut, Tyrone Jackson, Morgan Guerin, and Kebbi Williams. He was selected to attend the Banff program for Jazz and Creative music in 2019 where he got to study with Vjay Iyer, Tyshawn Sorey, and a multitude of other world-class musicians. Since he began playing music in high school, Patrick’s ambition to make creative, original music has been propelled by a broad spectrum of inspirations and influences, and Atlanta has proven fertile ground to explore the pluralism that has come to define him as a musician.
