In this video, Mooney considers Michel Legrand’s “You Must Believe in Spring,” from Jacques Demy’s 1967 film “Les Demoiselles de Rochefort.” He explores versions from Bill Evans, Tony Bennett (with Bill Evans), and the original version from the film. Mooney also recorded this tune on his duo record “Last Train Home,” with John Pizzarelli.
