Tune Inspired by the Great Jazz Pianist Bill Evans
This Vince Lewis tune was inspired by the great jazz pianist Bill Evans, and intended to capture a chord structure similar to the way he would harmonize melodic lines.
The modulations on the bridge section take the player through a couple of small twists that should be interesting to solo through. This arrangement is a solo chord melody written at a level easy for intermediate players and newbies to chord melody playing to enjoy without much difficulty.
