In this installment of Ted Ludwigβs Jazz ‘Lick of the Week’, Ted plays a lick that can be played as 8th notes at a fast tempo or 16th notes at a medium tempo.
This weekβs lick works great at a fast tempo or double-time feel. It can be played as 8th notes at a fast tempo or 16th notes at a medium tempo. This particular line is played over a Dsus chord but also works great over A-7 or D9. Try connecting this with other lines in your arsenal.
Good luck and thanks for dropping by!
