In this JGT video, Davy Mooney explores the Christmas classic from the pen of J. Fred Coots. He emphasizes Bill Evans’s classic version from “Trio ’64,” as well as the Sinatra version from his 1957 TV special. The video concludes with Mooney improvising three choruses on the Bill Evans changes.
