Jimmy Bruno talks about a dinner with Frank Zappa, Tommy Tedesco, John Pisano & Joe Pass – Pasta Amici in LA from ’83. Video Interview.
From the left to right – Tommy Tedesco, Jack Ranelli, unknown (sorry), Charlie Chiarenza (guitarist and owner of the Pasta Amici restaurant), John Pisano, Frank Zappa, and Joe Pass. On this particular night, Jimmy Bruno was playing with Tommy Tedesco and Joe Pass… Tommy and Jimmy would play regularly on Tuesday nights at the Pasta Amici (one of Tommy Tedesco’s favorite restaurants). BTW – that’s Tommy’s 1956 Gibson ES-175.
Photo by Jimmy Bruno. Awesome photo – thanks
